    Zach Roloff - President

    For Zach, soccer is a huge passion and so is dwarf athletics. Bringing the two together to help form USDFA has been a privilege.

    Zach and his wife Tori have three children: Jackson (8), Lilah (5), and Josiah (3). He enjoys playing soccer, fishing with his children, and coaching sports.

    Zach Shattuck - Vice President

    Zach is a Paralympian, coach, and advocate for adaptive and inclusive sports. A medalist swimmer and multi-sport athlete, he has represented Team USA internationally and now helps lead the growth of dwarf and disability soccer in the U.S. Zach brings over a decade of experience as both a high-performance athlete and mentor and is committed to building access and opportunity for the next generation.

    Shonna Schroedl - Secretary

    Shonna is a Region IV and USASA Hall of Fame inductee and brings decades of experience on and off the field—from grassroots play to World Cup operations. Shonna also holds leadership roles with United States Adult Soccer Association and the Oregon Adult Soccer Association.
